We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Bookkeeper to join our team and help support our continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing
- Work closely with management on budgeting and cash flow
- Support QuickBooks Online operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Experience in construction, millwork, lumber, or distribution preferred, but not required
- High level of accuracy and organization
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
