Innovation Millwork Products is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding team. With over 50 years of experience in the moulding and millwork industry, we are committed to quality products, dependable service, and maintaining large in-stock inventory to minimize back orders for our customers.

The Inside Sales Representative will support contractors, lumber yards, and builders by providing product knowledge, preparing quotes, entering orders, and ensuring timely follow-up. You will be a key point of contact for customers and play an essential role in driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with product inquiries
- Prepare estimates, sales orders, and follow up on open quotes
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify opportunities to upsell and grow accounts
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks or ERP system
- Support outside sales efforts as needed
Qualifications
- Previous inside sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of millwork, moulding, or building materials strongly preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, or similar systems preferred
