Innovation Millwork Products is seeking a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout Long Island and the NYC metro area.
With over 50 years of experience in the moulding and millwork industry, we are committed to large in-stock inventory, dependable next-day delivery, and returning to a time when customer appreciation truly matters. The Outside Sales Representative will develop new business, maintain existing customer relationships, and drive revenue growth within assigned territories. This role requires a proactive, relationship-focused professional who understands the building materials or millwork industry.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new contractor, builder, and lumber yard accounts
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
- Conduct regular in-person visits and job site meetings
- Present product offerings and promote in-stock inventory advantages
- Prepare and follow up on quotes in coordination with inside sales team
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications
- Proven outside sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of millwork, moulding, or building materials strongly preferred
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license required
